Two fine results: Patriots stand pat on NFL Draft board after competitive loss

One week after plummeting down the 2025 NFL Draft board, the New England Patriots stood pat after a competitive performance.

That’s good news, right?

The Patriots suffered a Week 11 loss to the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, but those ahead of New England didn’t fare any better. With that, the Patriots maintain hold of the No. 6 pick in the NFL draft.

Here’s a look at the current top 10, per Tankathon. The order is made up of overall record and strength of schedule. The lower a team’s strength of schedule in win percentage, the better their draft standing.

1. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-9, .492)
2. Tennessee Titans (2-8, .514)
3. Cleveland Browns (2-8, .517)
4. New York Giants (2-8, .520)
5. Las Vegas Raiders (2-8, .525)
6. New England Patriots (3-8, .472)
7. New York Jets (3-8, .511)
8. Carolina Panthers (3-7, .486)
9. Dallas Cowboys (3-7, .525)
10. New Orleans Saints (4-7, .483)

Jaguars quarterback Mac Jones certainly looks like he’s doing his best to help Jacksonville keep the top spot. Jacksonville was blown out by the Detroit Lions in a 52-6 verdict.

The Titans, Browns, Giants and Raiders all entered Week 11 ahead of the Patriots and all suffered defeats.

New England held the top spot on the NFL draft board after Week 9, but their Week 10 win over the Chicago Bears caused them to drop.

The Patriots travel to the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.
