Prescott, the Dallas Cowboys’ centerpiece star, has experienced a notable 2025 offseason. He and fiancee Sarah Jane Ramos just became parents again, to a second baby daughter. He is rehabbing from that awful “hamstring torn off the bone” injury that ended prematurely his lost 2024 season.
And with the Cowboys under the new leadership of head coach Brian Schottenheimer, he is hoping to guide “America’s Team” into a fresh new era as he approaches his 32nd birthday and his 10th year in the NFL.
Oh, and something else.
He’s building a new house.
Dak has begun construction of a new mansion in Prosper, just a few miles up the road from The Star in Frisco.
Last year, Dak – the NFL’s highest-paid player at $60 million per season – oversaw the demolition of his glorious 8,800-square-foot home … the one valued a $3 million, with the football field in the backyard, and a tennis court, and a small pond and a golf green.
(Prescott gave reporter Graham Bensinger an ATV tour of the property back in 2020; see below.)
The old place started coming down last October. And now?
According to TMZ, “at least one barn-like building has been put up … while another has been framed out some 20-or-so yards away.
Several steel beams have been placed into the ground, too, suggesting even more living space is about to be cropping up in the near future.”
Dak will be taking part in Cowboys minicamp at The Star this week, as the rehabbing of that surgically repaired hamstring has him on course to be able to “do everything,” as he recently said.
