The Dallas Cowboys star is often listed among the best wide receivers in the league.
The Dallas Cowboys have one of the biggest threats at the wide receiver position in the NFL in Ceedee Lamb.
But some maybe have forgotten just how good he is.
In a recent article by PFF’s Trevor Sikkema, he ranks who he believes are the top 32 wide receivers in the league heading into the 2025 season. He also has the players ranked into tiers, and he has the Cowboys star surprisingly in Tier 2.
“Lamb’s production dipped in 2024 with Dak Prescott sidelined, but over the past three seasons, he ranks fifth among wide receivers in WAR (1.46) and trails only Ja’Marr Chase in total yards after the catch,” Sikkema wrote.

Lamb’s production only “dipped” because he had an outrageous 1,749 receiving yards on a league-leading 135 receptions in 2023. Naturally he is going to be bumped down a bit without Dak Prescott, but he still had 1,194 yards in 2024.
If that’s what we call a “down-year” now, then maybe more players should consider having down-years if it gets you 1,200 yards.
The Cowboys missed the playoffs for the first time since 2020 this past season, and they will be looking to get right back to their winning ways in 2025.
A competitive guy like Lamb will be looking to use a ranking like this as motivation this season to prove that he without a shadow of a doubt belongs in the top tier of wide receivers in the NFL.
