Jaire Alexander Just Made $469,900 Green Bay Decision: Report

Former Green Bay Packers cornerback Jaire Alexander is uprooting his ties to Wisconsin as he gets ready for training camp in a new city this month. The Packers’ former first-round pick signed a one-year deal with the Baltimore Ravens worth up to $6 million.

The Packers and Alexander went back and forth about his potential return to the team in 2025. However, the front office ultimately decided $17 million in cap space savings was better than risking the cornerback’s name continuously popping up on the injury report.

Alexander now has an opportunity to team up with his former college teammate at Louisville, Lamar Jackson.

Alexander doesn’t appear to have plans to move back to Green Bay anytime soon.

Per Richard Ryman of the Green Bay Press-Gazette, the new Ravens cornerback recently put his condo on the market for $469,000.

“The two-story, two-bedroom unit is in the Riverfront Loft Condominiums at 101 Cherry St. in downtown Green Bay. Alexander acquired the unit for $420,000 in 2019, according to Brown County register of deeds records,” Ryman wrote. The 1,699-square-foot condo has 2½ bathrooms, two parking spaces and views throughout of the Fox River.

“The main bedroom includes an en suite with a steam shower and Kohler soaking tub. The other bedroom also has an en suite.”

The Packers took Alexander with the No. 18 pick in 2018. He earned All-Pro honors and made the Pro Bowl for the 2020 and 2022 seasons.
