Former Green Bay Packers offensive tackle Andre Dillard signed with the San Francisco 49ers on Friday. Dillard, a first-round pick of the Philadelphia Eagles in 2022, spent the 2024 season with the Packers.
Last year, Dillard appeared in 10 games as a backup and special teamer, playing 13 snaps on offense and 50 on special teams.

Dillard played the 2024 season on a one-year deal and became an unrestricted free agent when his contract expired in March. He signed another one-year deal with the 49ers. His deal last season paid him $1.125 million.
Dillard is the eighth Packers free agent to depart Green Bay this offseason, joining cornerback Eric Stokes, defensive lineman TJ Slaton, cornerback Corey Ballentine, linebacker Eric Stokes, running back A.J. Dillon, center Josh Myers and cornerback Robert Rochell.
The Packers drafted a pair of collegiate offensive tackles in the 2025 draft, using a second-round pick on NC State’s Anthony Belton and a seventh-round pick on Cincinnati’s John Williams. Both Belton and Williams were multi-year starters at offensive tackle, lessening the need to return Dillard as a backup option in 2025.
With Dillard signed in San Francisco, the Packers have just one unsigned free agent: tight end Tyler Davis. Rochell signed with the Kansas City Chiefs in free agency but was recently released.
