It is vacation mode for the Green Bay Packers following their early exit from the 2024 NFL season’s playoffs. Their loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC wild-card round earned them a spot on the couch, and the same can be said about star running back Josh Jacobs.
The former Alabama Crimson Tide, who frequently shares posts on Instagram, recently uploaded an intriguing IG Story that featured a black background and the words: “I’ve been out of the way please don’t disturb my peace.”
Josh Jacobs had a strong first season with the Packers
The Packers signed Jacobs in the 2024 offseason to a four-year deal worth $48 million after letting Aaron Jones walk. Inking Jacobs generated plenty of questions at the time, but it turned out to be one that paid dividends for Green Bay in terms of on-field production.
Jacobs, a three-time Pro Bowler, was simply fantastic in 2024. He rushed for 1,329 yards (second-most in a season in his career) to go with a career-high 15 rushing touchdowns in 17 games. He averaged 4.4 yards per carry.
