The Pittsburgh Steelers’ season is over after they got humbled in the wild-card round of the playoffs by the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday, 28-14.
All told, they had a solid and relatively successful season, and they simply ran into a team that is one level better than them in the postseason.
Moving forward, there has been talk that perhaps pass-rusher T.J. Watt is about to move on from the Steelers, but he made it clear that he wants to continue to wear the black and yellow, per Aaron Becker.
#Steelers LB T.J. Watt doesn’t want to go play anywhere else.

Watt is 30 years of age and is under contract through next season, and he played a large role in the Steelers’ success this season.
His team wasn’t exactly overpowering offensively, but his 11.5 sacks, 27 quarterback hits, 19 tackles for loss and an NFL-high six forced fumbles allowed it to establish one of the NFL’s better defenses.
He has made the Pro Bowl seven straight times including this season, and he has played his entire eight-season career thus far with Pittsburgh.
Pittsburgh hasn’t won a playoff game since the 2016 season when it went to the AFC Championship Game, and while they have a very solid roster, a couple of reinforcements will be needed, especially on offense, to get them to the next level.
They need a legitimate game-changing threat at wide receiver, and some help in the secondary would also be welcome.
