The Green Bay Packers are consistently inside the Top 10 of early predictions of teams that can win the Super Bowl this season. This has much to do on the fact that they have been making winning moves this offseason so far.

The team had good grades in the recent 2025 NFL draft and then they added quality veterans like Aaron Banks to fortify their offense.
They also got a young core who are committed to getting better individually and for the team.
There’s Jordan Love who is trying to become a better all around signal caller.
Jayden Reed is also working to become a better leader in his position and Tucker Kraft who is trying to become more vocal and level headed just as he promised shortly after the the team exited the postseason in the hands of the Philadelphia Eagles in the wildcard round.

Add second year man Kalen King on that list.
Kalen King stepping up amidst Green Bay Packers’ CB situation
Jaire Alexander’s time with the team is yet to be resolved and if he, as the main cornerback, gets shipped or signs with another team, King is ready to step up.
Passing game coordinator Derrick Ansley says the 22-year-old King is taking the initiative to step up amid the uncertainty. However, it is not because he wants to replace Alexander.
“I don’t want to speak too soon, knock on wood, but he’s looking really, really good out there,” he said in an interview with Packers.com.

“He’s playing inside and out. Kinda like the light has gone off for him, and he looks more springy in his step.”
Ansley said he is seeing the improvement but work is not done yet for him.
“He’s changed his body. His mind is at ease and he’s just jumped into this thing full speed ahead, man,” said Ansley.
“He’s been very impressive and we’ve just got to continue to get that kind of day-to-day performance out of him.”
