2 Green Bay Packers 2025 Draft Picks Attend This Year’s Rookie Premiere – Gridiron Heroics

The Green Bay Packers selected eight players in the 2025 NFL Draft. These players included two wide receivers, two offensive linemen, three defensive linemen, and one cornerback.

As fans are well aware, the Packers targeted the wide receiver position early and often on the first two days of the draft, which was held in Green Bay, Wisconsin. They selected Matthew Golden out of Texas in the first round, marking the first time since 2002 that the Packers took a wide receiver that early. On the second day of the draft, they selected TCU’s Savion Williams in the third round.

This weekend, both of their rookie wide receivers are taking part in the 2025 NFLPA Rookie Premiere.

Every year, at least 40 of the players selected in the NFL Draft are invited to the annual Rookie Premiere. This is an event that allows marketable new NFL players to meet with potential business partners.

Per the NFLPA:

“NFLPA Rookie Premiere offers partners unparalleled access to more than 40 of the NFL’s newest stars at their first major business and marketing event following the NFL Draft. The Premiere is one of the most valuable opportunities available to NFLPA partners as it’s the first point of contact to connect directly with professional football’s most promising and marketable young players – at a single unique event – to build content and relationships for the season and beyond.”

It is not known, exactly, how players are chosen for the premiere.

As stated, both Golden and Williams are in attendance, which also means that fans got a glimpse of them in their Packers uniforms for the first time:
