Green Bay Packers pick Anthony Belton 2025 NFL Draft: Scouting an enormous lineman

GREEN BAY – A night after ending their 23-year streak of not picking a first-round wide receiver, the Green Bay Packers continued to focus on their offense.

The Packers selected North Carolina State offensive lineman Anthony Belton with the 54th overall pick in the second round. Belton is massive at 6-foot-6, 336 pounds and has adequate length with 33⅞-inch arms. He’s capable of playing tackle or guard in the NFL.

With two picks on offense, the Packers have yet to address their defense so far in this draft. That’s a mild surprise given their need for an edge rusher, as well as depth at cornerback, but it is an especially strong and deep class of defensive lineman.
