The Dallas Cowboys have a lot to figure out this off-season.
Not only are they getting back a healthy Dak Prescott, but new head coach Brian Schottenheimer is sure to bring a new era to Dallas football. With Prescott and CeeDee Lamb making top dollar at their respective positions, fans have high expectations.
Micah Parsons is the next star in Dallas who should receive a massive pay day. However, he isn’t too fond of one of the top draft picks in 2025 being compared to an all-time great.

Shedeur Shedeur isn’t appealing to Dallas’ superstar linebacker. In fact, Parsons took exception to Darius Slayton’s comparison of Shedeur to Tom Brady:
In his final season of college football, Shedeur Sanders threw for 4,134 yards, 37 touchdowns and 10 interceptions to go along with four rushing scores.
NFL fans on social media were quick to take sides in this debate, with most taking aim at Parsons for getting it wrong.
“This is why we ALL NEED TO UNITE TO SUPPORT SANDERS. Parsons is a CLOWN!” one fan firmly stated.
“Do yk the difference between a comparison and an example?” another asked Parsons.
“Travis and Shedeur on Cleveland gonna give Micah Parsons and the Cowboys 50 next time they play,” someone boldly predicted.
“Tom Brady was a 5th round pick Micah.. habits are also habits, just like you can’t stop podding during the season no matter how sorry your team is,” another said.
It’s highly unlikely that the Tennessee Titans will use the No. 1 pick on Shedeur Sanders over more polished prospects like Cam Ward, Abdul Carter or Travis Hunter. If Tennessee really wanted Shedeur, they’d likely trade down.
Even Sanders going to the Cleveland Browns at No. 2 feels high. The New York Giants (No. 3), Las Vegas Raiders (No. 6) and New Orleans Saints (No. 9) seem like the best and most logical landing spots at this time.
