There is no way around it: former Green Bay Packers tight end Brandon Bostick is still remembered by fans for mishandling the onside kick in the 2014 NFC Championship Game against the Seattle Seahawks.
However, he has unfairly been burdened with blame for that loss.
While it was a mistake, the Packers made plenty of others that cost them the game. They were winning by multiple scores, yet the defense allowed the Seahawks back in the game.
Since that fateful game, Bostick has started his own company and has been a mental health advocate and motivational speaker.
And now, he is returning to football.

UND is a Division I FCS school and plays in the Missouri Valley Conference. Other schools in that conference are Illinois State University, Indiana State University, Missouri State University, Murray State University, North Dakota State University, South Dakota State University, University of Northern Iowa, Southern Illinois University, and Youngstown State University.
As Packers fans may recall, current Green Bay tight end Tucker Kraft is a product of South Dakota State. Current wide receiver Christian Watson was drafted out of North Dakota State.
Matt Waletzko, an offensive lineman for the Dallas Cowboys, is a product of UND and was drafted in the fifth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. Kyle Hergel, and offensive lineman for the New Orleans Saints, also went to UND.
Former Packers kicker Errol Mann (two games in 1968) and running back Dave Osborn (six games in 1976) were also products of Bostick’s new university.
